Housing Needs And Local Character Study

We worked closely with Newcastle City Council to prepare a housing needs and local character study to inform the Council’s Local Housing Strategy. Tasks undertaken included analysing demographic and population trends and forecasts at the suburb level to identify housing supply gaps and help determine future housing need within the Local Government Area to 2041.
