We were responsible for the preparation of the Statement of Environmental Effects in addition to project managing the consultant team and the DA process. This application was approved by the Land and Environment Court, with Gyde providing expert town planning services through the section 34 conference process. The project involved demolition of the existing Coles Supermarket, subdivision of land and construction of a new 6-storey shop top housing development within the Lindfield Local Centre to improve local shopping amenity and provide additional housing close to the public transport hub.
