The design includes buildings ranging from 8 to 16 storeys.

This project aims to contribute to the Western Sydney Aerotropolis by creating a future-focused precinct integrated with the landscape and informed by the Gundungurra people's spiritual and physical connection with water. The scheme involves two parcels, a central mid-block connection, a commercial attractor building, an expanded riparian zone for enhanced ecology and stormwater management, and varied streetscape characters.
