Tina Christy has over 27 years' experience in both Local Council and as a Private Consultant in urban planning with a background in development assessment. She has a well-rounded understanding of Strategic Planning, Statutory Planning and Building experience and has extensive experience within the NSW legislative framework. She is an active member of the Wollongong Local Planning Panel.

Tina is also a Nationally Accredited Mediator through the Australian Mediator Association.

She has extensive expertise in negotiation with complex Development Applications and unauthorised works, both within and out of the Land and Environment Court system.
