David is a Registered Planner, with 40 years’ experience at executive levels in private practice and local government (planning and law). David is a problem solver, with extensive experience and expertise in strategic and statutory planning, due diligence and strategic development advice, the management and assessment of major developments and expert evidence in Court matters.

David is a current State appointed Chair and Member of several Local, District and Regional Planning Panels, a former NSW President of the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA) and current NSW representative on PIA’s National Planning System Experts Group.

David is a PIA Fellow and Registered Planner with accreditation under the NSW Government's Registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner (REAP) Scheme.
