The site, known as the 'Five Ways Triangle,' encompasses a street block comprising 19 allotments bordered by Princes Highway, Falcon Street, and Alexander Street. Its location at the top of Falcon Street positions it as a gateway between the North Sydney health and education precinct and the Crows Nest village.
The proposed development involves demolishing the existing structures on the site and excavating the area to create seven basement levels for parking. The project includes the construction of a21-level building, comprising 191 apartments with 40 one-bedroom, 114two-bedroom, and 37 three-bedroom units, with 15% of the total floor space specifically allocated for affordable housing. Additionally, the development will feature 24,135 square meters of Gross Floor Area and 8,002 square meters of non-residential Gross Floor Area.
