We provided strategic planning advice and prepared a Statement of Environmental Effects together with Clause 4.6 Height Variation Report to accompany a Development Application seeking an increase in height by a max of 2.5m. The matter was refused by Council but approved in the Land and Environment Court. The proposal was for the demolition of the existing structures on the site, and the construction of a 5-storey mixed use development, comprising two levels of underground basement parking, two ground floor retail units, and nineteen residential units located above over four levels.
