We prepared the Statement of Environmental Effects (SEE) and three accompanying Clause 4.6 Variation Requests to support the DA. This application was approved by the Land and Environment Court, with Gyde providing expert town planning services through the section 34 conference process. This Development Application was for the construction of a 10-storey shop top housing development including demolition of existing builds and construction of a shop top development containing a supermarket, liquor store, 5 specialty stores, 120 apartments and one undercroft and two levels of basement car parking.
