About the Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking to diversify their experience in a generalist role where you will be able to be involved in all aspects of HR.
You will play a lead role providing advice to managers and staff on a range of topics including recruitment, contracts, acquisition and onboarding, employee life cycle changes, training, performance management, as well as contributing to various HR administrative functions.
You will report to the General Manager and Executive Directors and work closely with Corporate Services. No two days are the same keeping you engaged and challenged.
About You
You are an experienced HR manager with previous experience in a similar generalist role working across medium size businesses. You will have contemporary knowledge of relevant legislation and HR best practice and an understanding of human resources organisational policies and practices. You will be solution focused, with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, great attention to detail and the ability to translate issues into simple advice and recommendations.
You enjoy achieving results, have excellent problem-solving skills and proactively look for new ways to do things with a can-do attitude.
The role will ideally suit someone who is looking to balance their lifestyle who thrives on working autonomously either working from home and/or office 2–3 days per week with added flexibility.
You will have tertiary qualifications in human resource management or a similar related field with a minimum 5-8 years proven experience within a similar role.
